Hello and welcome to my profile. Whatever reason has brought you here it is valid and deserving more attention. Often overwhelming emotions and situations might be difficult to express or make sense of on your own. Acceptant and non-judgemental counselling space can help explore what is going on for you and might feel reassuring.
As a counsellor I work with people from variety of backgrounds facing issues such as relationship and family problems, loss, illness, abuse, depression, guilt, sense of meaninglessness and many more.
My primary role is to support you through the process of sharing your difficulties. I work by helping you get more in touch with the emotional, rational and physical level of your experience. In such a way, you can increase the awareness of what is happening for you, identify what is holding you back, why and what you need in order to get closer to a more authentic expression of who you are.
I usually see individuals face-to-face in London or have online counselling, however if you are new to therapy perhaps IM or Email session would be a more comfortable way to see whether counselling is something that would work for you. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.
What to expect
I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am trained in Psychosynthesis counselling, a holistic type of therapy that is aimed to understand your individual life experience and its effects in the here and now. I offer a confidential and safe space to explore experiences and emotions that might be difficult to share or make sense of.
While working I draw on variety of psychological therapeutic approaches and use different techniques such as drawing, imagery and visualization in order to bring more awareness to the mind, body and emotion level.
