    How I can help you

    I have experience of helping people with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the kaleidoscope of challenges we encounter in our lives. I do this through a mindfulness-based integrative approach. That's a bit of a mouthful - what does it mean?

    At the heart of our struggles is often our desire for things to be different. At first we bring awareness to your experience and, without judgement, accept things as they are - this does not mean we give up! But rather create some space and notice the repetitive cycle fuelling your struggle. From here, we create some wriggle room to see the experience more clearly. By doing so, there is an opportunity to change your relationship to that which is leading to your struggle, and choose the change you'd like to see.

    I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer online therapy through email, instant messaging, audio and video calls. As well as in person from my home in De Beauvoir, on the border of Hackney and Islington in north-east London.
