How I can help you
If you're searching for freedom from anxiety, worries, addictions or eating disorders, I can help you make the changes that you need in order to live your life and reach your goals. Suffering from mental illness can be debilitating and leave you feeling constantly comprised. I am able to help you access psychological tools which help alleviate distress, whilst also developing skills to enhance and change your experience of your life.
What to expect
I will initially assess what your main problems or concerns are and together we will create a plan that works for you, at your pace.
I use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to help you understand how and why your current situation has come to be, as well as identify what factors are keeping you in this distressing place. Together we will discuss your goals and I will guide you through the skills you need in order to make the changes you want.
I am a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist who has worked in both the NHS (inpatient and outpatient) and independent settings. I have undergone over 9 years of training and continue to regularly update my skills and knowledge through continued professional development.
Based on my 15 years' experience, I believe that all behaviours are explainable and that change is possible for anyone. I am passionate about helping people change unhelpful behavioural and emotional patterns in order to live their lives without limitations.
I believe that the highest quality of support should be available to anyone when they need it and therefore support the medium of online therapy as a means of making this quality of therapy of accessible.
