I specialise in attachment and people who have experienced an abusive history or relationship.
What to expect
Joint decisions, homework, attainable goals
Chester CBT offers a professional therapeutic service which deals with each case as an individual. We use a range of interventions from within the Cognitive Behavioural Framework. I am fully insured and registered. For more information please look at our website www.chester-cbt.co.uk
Chester CBT was established in 2012 and has been growing steadily. Every individual is treated with professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality. We believe that everyone is an individual and although how a person is feeling can be categorised, a person's experience of that feeling and emotion is individual. This is reflected in the way we employ the CBT framework to tackle issues head on.
No course of therapy is easy, but if you are reading this or any other profile on this website, you have already taken the biggest and hardest step.
