I have many years experience working collaboratively with both individuals and couples. I draw on a range of counseling methods and disciplines to maximize support provided. I believe it is important to understand what lies behind our current thoughts and feelings so that together we can generate solutions and healthier ways to manage life's experiences and difficulties.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, OCD, relationship difficulties, trauma and many more of life's difficulties and experiences.
We all experience difficult periods in life and need support. I offer an opportunity to explore your feelings in a safe, confidential and non judgemental relationship. Together we can work through these issues to restore balance in your life.
