    How I can help you

Hi, thank you for taking a look at my page. If you are finding things difficult at the moment and you feel talking to someone might be a good starting point then I hope I will be able to help you.

I can offer a safe space for you to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings and together we can find ways to make your life and relationships feel better. Without judging or advising you I can help you to find clarity and focus to work through the things you need to.

For some people, sessions are about seeking deeper understanding of themselves or situations. For others, we may be exploring solutions or changes you would like to make.  I am able to integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and creative work into our sessions if you like these approaches.

    What to expect

Counselling sessions can be either online or at my counselling room in Buckinghamshire, each session lasts 50 minutes. There is no minimum or maximum amount of sessions.

When you get in touch we can talk about the differences or changes you would like make happen and how I can help you. It is easy to set up a trial session online so you can get to know a bit about me and we can talk through what is going on for you and the aspects of your life that are difficult at the moment.

    About me

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor who came into the counselling field because I see mental wellbeing as the starting point for fulfilled lives. I practice ethically as a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and my practice has about a 50:50 split between adults and young people (13+). As well as my work with adults, I have a good deal of experience counselling and supporting young people and I am also a member and trustee of Bucks Family Network, supporting young people and families in Buckinghamshire.
