How I can help you
Hi. I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working with young people and adults. I appreciate how hard it can be to take the first step to contact a counsellor, so I would encourage you to call me to talk through your concerns and how counselling can work for you. Please email and I can call you back.
I have particular experience with anxiety disorders, depression, relationships and dealing with school issues and bereavement. I work with senior schools as a counsellor and have specialised training in bereavement, family and relationship counselling.
I also offer career and executive coaching for those periods when you are unsure about the best way forward.
What to expect
How I work
I usually suggest seeing clients once a week for 50 minutes and this can be for a short period or for as long as you need. Sometimes you may just need a listening ear or want to work on particular strategies for yourself, your relationship or family life.
I will work at the pace you want, won't judge you and won't tell you what to do! The first few sessions with a counsellor can be very difficult and you may feel self conscious - we will work together on this.
I am fully trained in offering online counselling using instant messaging, video or email using this secure, encrypted platform. You may prefer this method of working.
I charge from £60 per session. Each session is 50 minutes. Couples £75 for 75 minutes. Coaching sessions £80 per session.
