    Integration

Psychotherapy has many different schools of thought about what it is to be human and what is useful when it comes to helping others lead lives that make sense to them. As a relational integrative psychotherapist I draw from many complementary theories and blends them into a tailored approach for the individual. At the heart of his approach is a belief that through a strong therapeutic relationship problems stemming from how we grew up can be examined and potentially changed. Those parts of our personality that are undeveloped have the potential to worked with, strengthened, and be integrated into who we are now. Our old ways of being can be challenged, with the hope of change in this process

I work from a humanistic perspective and integrates theories from psychodynamic, object relations, self psychology, Gestalt, and transactional analysis psychotherapy
