    How I can help you

    Do you constantly worry and get stressed out? Have you been comparing yourself to others and feel like a failure? Have you been questioning your career path and second guessing your decisions? Are your struggling with your relationships? Are you tired of acting like everything is fine when you feel miserable on the inside? 

    You are not alone. Many of my clients have these issues. I am here to help you by providing tools you can use in your everyday life no matter how busy you are. You will get to a place of clarity where you will understand who you are, what you want, and how to effectively express that to others. And you will see improvement in your relationships, work, and academic performance. You will also notice an increase in your energy and motivation to reach your goals and try new things. Your perspective on life will become more positive and hopeful.

    So how do I help you get to this point? We will uncover your negative thinking patterns and work on changing them and the unhelpful behaviors that result from them.

    What to expect

    I strive to give you strategies you can use anytime, anywhere. I will provide education on the issue we are addressing in the form of brief readings, suggested books, or helpful links. You will also receive activities to complete, usually in the form of worksheets. We may also use Mindfulness activities where you will practice techniques like deep breathing. Each activity is based on your unique issue and lifestyle. I like to give you several days to a week to process any information or activities I give you. Then we have a session to reflect on what you’ve done and note any improvements or setbacks. We can also communicate without using the above strategies. Sometimes you may want to just share a situation that occurred and process it together to figure out next steps. 

    Note: The price under "Email Session" reflects my unlimited email option. You pay one price and then we can send unlimited emails to each other throughout the month. I will send you a reminder before the month ends so you can decide if you want to do another month or choose a different communication option.

    About me

    I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist in New Jersey and New York. I have been in this field for close to 20 years providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. I currently provide online therapy to people 18 and over and I also work part time as a college counselor. In addition, I founded The SWEET Network, LLC (Supporting Women to Empower and Enhance Themselves) providing counseling and self-help tools for personal and professional development.
