    About me

I work online with adult clients on a whole range of issues including stress, anxiety and depression, grief, relationship issues and unresolved past experiences. Every person is unique, so for me, the most important factor in good therapy is to establish a strong working relationship with my clients, whether we are working together face to face or online I strive to make the best use we can of every session, based on your needs.

Counselling with me is an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of your issues, explore possibilities for change in your life and decide on a course of action, in your own time and in your own way. My role is not to offer advice but to listen to, guide and assist you to find your own way.

My training includes the Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt models of therapy and more recently I completed my Cyber-Therapist training with the Online Therapy Institute. As well as my private counselling practice I also work as an online counsellor for a national mental health charity and for an online youth peer support network. I am fully insured and registered with both the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and the Association for Counselling & Therapy Online.
