How I can help you
I have 5 slots available each for 16 sessions at £15/session, for Online Therapy (video). A FREE assessment session would have to be conducted prior to the commencement of therapy. If you wish to take one of the 5 slots, please contact me.
What to expect
Sessions are held weekly on an agreed time and day, for 50 minutes.
The first session that we will have, it will be an assessment session so as to acquaint and discuss about what brings you to therapy. Also, it is a good way to discuss about your availabilities but also any queries and concerns you may have around therapy.
I am of the opinion that therapy should be open to everyone and not be judgmental. I aim to be transparent and open to experience. I also aim to offer a confidential and secure place that will help you share your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged and scared. I have been trained to listen afterall.
My experience in the field has shown me that the therapeutic relationship plays an important role in therapy. I can understand, from having been a client myself but also from clinical experience as a therapist, that relationships can be challenging and scary. It takes time to build trust and feel listened; but talking to a professional could be different. I respect your feelings around talking to a stranger about personal and private issues that you may not have shared with anyone else, but yourselves.
Again, if it happens that we work together, please be mindful of your experience and at any point you may feel, you can stop. You will not be required to continue with me. You have the power as well.
