How I can help you
What to expect
The goal of any talking therapy is your increased self-awareness, skill acquisition and independence.
The first session will consist of an assessment to inform my ability to work with you and help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
The sessions will employ a range of techniques to suit your circumstances. See below how I work for further information about the counselling approaches that I use.
Sessions will last 50 minutes in length..
I offer a professional and confidential space in which you can talk about any issue.
As a BACP therapist I attend regular supervision in which I discuss my work for consultative support and professional guidance.
I'm an integrative counsellor based in SW2, London
I offer long-term and short-term counselling sessions. These may be face-to-face, by telephone or Skype for those who cannot come to me. for more information you may visit my website on http://www.mariamarreiros.co.uk
