    How I can help you

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.”

    Marianne Williamson

Life throws all kinds of challenges our way.  Some problems we can navigate our own way through; others are influenced by advice from friends, family or a loved one, but sometimes we can get 'stuck'. We might suddenly be thrown into a crisis, feel emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or helpless and don't know which way to turn. This is when counselling can help.

    What to expect

Counselling – in whichever medium you prefer to undertake (texting, emailing, video or audio sessions, or in-person) isn't just 'talking about your problems'. It's about finding solutions too. I'll ask you questions to help you explore and understand your feelings, helping you to identify triggers, destructive behaviour patterns or negative ways of thinking that are contributing to making you unhappy. Talking to someone impartial and uninvolved with your day-to-day life can often lead to insights so that you can develop the capacity to create real change in your life and feel in control again.

    About me

I am a compassionate, respectful and non-judgmental counsellor and psychotherapist with over 9 years experience. I am integratively trained, which means I draw upon a variety of tools and techniques in the way that I work, so the sessions are tailored to your specific, individual needs and goals.

Whether you're unsure about what's making life such a struggle at the moment, or you know exactly what's wrong and want to explore it in more depth – let's work together on bringing these problems into the light and tackling them so you can reach your full potential as an individual.
