    About me

    Hi, and welcome.

My name is Ofir from No Fear Counselling and Burnaby Square Counselling. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and see clients in Burnaby and downtown Vancouver.

If you are currently suffering now, I want you to know that talking about it in a safe place can ease the pain. Sharing your hurt can transform your experience, and I believe that together, we can achieve your goals. What you can share, you can bare and you don’t have to do it on your own.

It can feel truly impossible to reach out and talk to someone, but just by searching for answers and coming here, you have taken a step forward, and that takes tremendous strength and courage. I want to make it as easy as possible for you, and finding the right fit can be hard, so your first visit will be complimentary.

I have worked with over 100 individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns and my concern is your well being and growth. I work out of a person centred (Carl Rogers) and emotionally focused approach (www.iceeft.com). These are two approaches that are scientifically validated in over 100 studies to be effective in building a relationship with you, connecting you to your true experience, and unleashing that experience in the safety of the counselling environment. This is where you will be heard at a deep level, and reinforced to connect and confront what is ailing you, as well as to those that are close to you. You will feel accepted just as you are, and you will start accepting and loving yourself.

Feel free to call or text me at 778-288-8361 email me at ofir@nofearcounselling.com to book your first session, and experience that initial relief. I will work on your behalf to to ensure you get a benefit right from the outset.

I truly care about your well being and I look forward to beginning your journey to healing.
