    How I can help you

    I offer the following:

    • Relationship Counselling
    • Domestic Violence support
    • Career Counselling
    • Workplace assistance
    • Motivational Interviewing
    • Depression and Anxiety related issues
    • Generalist Counselling
    • Stuttering related issues including advocacy
    • Social Work services

As an Accredited Social Worker, you will always receive two services in one; counselling and any social assistance if required.  That's what makes my counselling sessions unique; I am more than a counsellor, I am a holistic provider.

Medicare rebate for Perinatal:  3 x GP referred sessions for face-to-face only.  After this I will reduce my rate as your care is more important to me.

    What to expect

You can expect a non-judgemental, non-bias environment.  I work from a holistic perspective; psychologically, biologically and socially.  Using a Solution Focused and or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework, I draw upon what suits you and your issues at that time.  The important aspect in every counselling session is working with your strengths.

I also provide video, voice,  instant messaging and email.  This avoids any issues with babysitting, transport etc.

Simply message me with any questions and decide from there. That service is FREE.  It's always a pleasure.  Or call me on 0477162296 (Aust).

Calendar:  Please note:  when booking times, it shows in British Summer Time.  Simply Click on the clock conversion on that page to see Australian Time.  Any issues please don't hesitate to contact me.

    About me

There are three things I value when I build relationships with people and they are respect, dignity and confidentiality.  With a Degree in Social Work and as a registered Accredited Social Worker, with the Australian Association of Social Workers, I am bound by their Code of Ethics and professional guidelines.

I hold a Diploma in Professional Counselling and Certificate IV in Telephone Counselling.  I have had many years counselling those in a crisis situation which has included my time as a volunteer for the Salvation Army.   I also hold many other certifications in counselling techniques.

I have worked in community development, creating welfare programs and within antenatal and postnatal wards for a large teaching hospital.  This has added to my already colourful file of life experiences.

Located in South East Queensland Australia, I provide face-to-face counselling every Tuesday and Wednesday.  All other times except Sundays, I am available for telephone, email and video counselling.  I am online most of the time so please, feel free to ask questions.

One of the most humbling things about listening to people and sharing their experiences is tapping into their wisdom which is like watching the sunrise for the first time.

    Warmest regards
