How I can help you
I offer a safe space that allows you to express your thoughts, feelings, concerns, or anything you want to express and work through.
What to expect
During the first meeting, we will talk about your expectations from therapy, and what i offer or how i work, look at the contract which we will work under, and if we are both content with everything, then we can start the work. Feel free to ask any questions you have during the first meeting. This consultation meeting is free.
Hi, counselling is an opportunity and a safe, non judgmental space that can be used to explore, in order to gain clarity and awareness if you are feeling confused, down, stuck, or going through a difficult life event that you need someone or a space in which you can be supported for your self care and development. You decide what you want to discuss in the session because they are your sessions and it is your time, i work with what you present which can vary from session to session, therefore you do not have to worry about what you bring in the session. It can be difficult and exhausting, but at the same time it allows you to take charge of yourself.
I work with both long and short term contracts, but it is all up to you to decide what you need.
I also work face to face off line at Swiss cottage in North London. If you are interested, please ask for details on contact.
My fees are flexible, please ask on contact.
If you feel that my style of working is what you are looking for, please contact me and i will get back to you as soon as possible within an hour.
If you are interested in joining a self harm support group, or know someone who might be interested or feels they would benefit from it(ages 16-25), please send me an email or recommend. The group will be run face to face at Swiss cottage when enough members join(3-5 members), in North London. The group will be run for 8 weeks, starting in September, for £20 per person per session. For more details, please contact me.
