    How I can help you

    I can work with you on either a short term or longer term basis depending on need and offer specialist experience in working with areas such as anxiety, depression, sexuality, relationship difficulties and self-esteem issues. I aim to work with my clients in specifically tailored way to help them get the most out of each session.

    I offer a welcoming and supportive space to help you work through a wide range of emotional and well-being difficulties. We'll work together to ensure that the style, pace and content discussed during sessions feels safe, comfortable and continuously working towards helping you reach the place where you want to be.

    About me

    I specialise in a type of therapy that the NHS and most GP's recommend called 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)'. This type of therapy is clinically proven to help with a wide range of difficulties including Anxiety, Low Mood, Phobias and Stress; I offer a welcoming and confidential online setting in which to work through your challenges in life in the comfort and safety of your own home or office.

    During my extensive experience as a counsellor within the NHS and within various specialist counselling organisations I have worked with a wide range of life difficulties and particularly specialise in working with anxiety and depression relating to life events such as stress at work, relationship problems and loss. When working together we will initially explore your aims and reasons behind seeking counselling, this will then allow us to gradually work towards some mutually agreed outcomes and goals and help you to identify clear progress.
