    How I can help you

Are you feeling stressed or isolated because you can't find a place to talk about what is bothering you? It can be that you have accomplished certain items in life yet don't feel ok. Perhaps you feel stuck, numb or confused.

Working together some of your stress can be relieved or reviewed so you can have a better understanding of yourself and what has happened. If you feel its time for a change in where you are right now then contact me. I can either see you in person in Finsbury Park London or online via video, messaging, or email.

    What to expect

I will contact you within 24 hours or 48 at weekends.

We can set up a time to meet either in Finsbury Park or online to help you.

    About me

Hello, I trained as an online counsellor and supervisor at Online Training for Counsellors Ltd. I then trained so I could also assist people who live a distance from me or have circumstances where they can't travel to meet in person. I now teach as tutor for this organisation and you can see more about me at.OLT.

When you contact me I will reply within 24 hour and we can discuss times suitable to both of us. A first session will give you the opportunity to meet me and then you can decide if it would be right for you. I do have a few places for students or low income which can be discussed.

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and counsellor which means I had to meet very specific criteria and many hundreds of hours work with clients to be accredited. Since then I have worked years with people both in person and online. I trained over 8 years in various areas of expertise in London such as Birkbeck, Regents University, training in dissociative disorders at the John Bowlby Centre, IMT-Bodytherapy at the Open Centre and Brainspotting at BSPUK. Over the years I have lived in a number of countries such as the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Algeria and America which has given me an understanding of various cultures and religions.

Since the age of 15 I have volunteered and worked in areas of care to help and encourage individuals to meet their goals and feel comfortable. At 30 I decided to train to be a psychotherapist and counsellor, after resolving a past critical situation I experienced, to help more people such as yourself.

From the beginning I specialised in working with trauma and PTSD; I then trained to work with dissociative disorders and am qualified to give the DES and the SCID–D for diagnosis of dissociation.  The SCID-D has to be done in person and does have a different charge to fees listed. I have also trained as a counsellor working with chronic illness and disabilities which I have been interviewed online by John Wilson at Onlinevents.

I look forward to your contact so together we can work in order to help you feel better.
