How I can help you
Supportive counselling for when life feels hard. My motivation as a counsellor is to ensure your feelings are heard, explored, understood and made easier.
In my work I draw upon techniques from various different models of counselling, so the approach can be tailored to your individual needs. From small scale circumstances, to traumatic experiences - my services are personalized to suit everyone’s needs.
Email Sessions: I am aware some of you will not be looking for regular counselling but will still like some counselling input. It is possible, for a one of payment, to send me an email detailing a current issue, and I will respond with a thought provoking message. The email sessions I offer can be thought of, as counselling input, for whenever you need it.
What to expect
Congratulations you have taken your first step in accessing counselling. The next step is to initiate contact by sending me a message. I will aim to respond within 4 hours. I will then offer you a free online trial session. This will help you to decide whether I am the right counsellor for you. You might then decide to continue our work together.
You can follow some of my work via my facebook page: Alice-Counselling-You.
